JJR75030 is a DC charging module specially developed to meet the application of electric vehicle charging. The module has the advantages of high efficiency, high power factor, and high reliability. It adopts three-phase neutral input, DC output voltage range of 150V to 750V, output power of 20KW, meets CE safety regulations, EN55022 CLASS A electromagnetic compatibility standard, is a charging module with international leading level.

Original function:

Ultra-wide output voltage range, 150V-750VVDC, to meet the charging of electric vehicles of almost all voltage levels

Strong low-voltage output capability, the output power is 25% greater than the industry products under the actual charging voltage

Built-in patented intelligent discharge circuit, automatically stagnate residual charge, improve system reliability, simplify system design

Wide temperature range, output can be fully loaded up to 55 ℃, 5 ℃ higher than the industry

High efficiency in the whole working range, full load efficiency is not reduced, which is convenient for system thermal design

Ultra-low standby power consumption, less than 0.05% of rated power

main feature:

Three-phase AC output without neutral line simplifies system design and eliminates the danger of excessive neutral line current

Using advanced active power factor technology to reduce the interference of harmonics to the power grid, better than industrial application standards

Dual DSP design realizes full digital control of the charging module, ensuring high reliability

Up to 95.5% efficiency, effectively reduce energy loss, achieve energy saving and environmental protection

Wide voltage input range, 260V ~ 530Vac, adapt to different power grid environments

Operating temperature range -40 ℃ to + 75 ℃
